The Reprise Software Story

A Legacy of Licensing Innovation

Reprise Software was founded in 2006 by Matt Cristiano, a pioneer of licensing software since 1988.

The company was established to address the concerns Matt had heard about for the last 6 years after exiting a leading license management business he built from the ground up. What he heard was that the licensing software he created had lost its vision and now created friction due to the rigid structure and reliance on Development & Engineering teams for straightforward changes.

The industry needed a new, practical solution. A solution that checked-off compliance and technical requirements. A solution that empowered Product teams to optimize pricing models, while providing support from an experienced advisor.

This was the foundation for Reprise Software: a practical, functional licensing platform that any roadmap could rely on.

Since those humble beginnings and now under the leadership of Dan DeLapp, Reprise Software serves over 600 Independent Software Vendors worldwide, including leaders like Hewlett-Packard, Intergraph, SAP SE, Siemens, Computer Modelling Group, and more.

Reprise Software was built on a simple foundation: flexible licensing management solutions that empower businesses to be profitable, no matter how complex their licensing requirements are.
