Bulk Loading Customer Data

It is possible to load customer data from an external source into Activation Pro and RLM Cloud. To do this, create a tab-delimited file with all the customer data. Once you have this file, in the AdminDatabase tab, you will see Bulk-Load Customer database data at the bottom of the form. Browse to your file, then press Upload File. Your customer data will be loaded.

Warning

Reprise STRONGLY suggests you upload a file with one customer first, so that you can verify your upload data format. If something goes wrong, you can delete this customer and try again.

This file MUST be tab-delimited, and it MUST contain all 26 fields below, in the order below. Only the contact name and email are required to be non-empty:
